Consultation

  • From the moment you are welcomed through the door at jds House of Design the comfortable surrounds of native greenery and babbling water will put you at ease.

    Relax into conversations that will guide you toward the perfect piece of jewellery during your private appointment.

    Exploring your design direction, you will browse through the extensive cabinet and loose gem collections, gathering ideas along the way.

    Together with the team you will find yourself refining your dreams, speaking of form, function and areas you feel comfortable.

    This is a great time to discuss the budget, timeframes and specific details that are important to you.

    Throughout this experience the jd team will keep you updated with transparent and uncomplicated quotes before beginning the creation of your unique jewellery. The design process is complimentary and obligation free.

Workshop

  • Once you are confident in the chosen design, your piece will be custom created in jds onsite jewellers workshop.

    Caring craftspeople with decades of experience will ensure your jewellery is crafted to perfection, showcasing each of your personally chosen details.

    The creation process sees your piece pass through the hands of expert jewellers, gem setters and valuers. This usually takes 3 to 6 weeks, we take great joy in making your dates work.

    Once the final flourishing finishes are complete the jd team will be in touch to arrange the most exciting visit of all…The big reveal!

The Big Reveal

  • With anticipation at an all time high you will be welcomed back to view the newest addition to your collection.

    Open the box and fall in love with the beauty, the passion, the craftsmanship. You will feel the outstanding quality straight away. Speaking of quality – this is assured with the jd lifetime manufacture warranty. You will also find peace of mind with their guarantee of satisfaction.
